Main Purpose
This role is within our Contract division where you will have overall responsibilities for the South East area ensuring the smooth transactions for site based customers within the Construction sector. You will act as the point of contact for predominately new builds constructions sites where the contractor have or will be purchasing appliances from us.
Key Responsibilities

Always provide an excellent level of customer service

Provide Health and Safety packs for every site whilst conducting a prestart meeting

Management of live sites to ensure a smooth installation service to our customer

Obtaining forecast information from site teams

Quality assurance on our installation fitting service

Inspect plot defects to prevent contra charges

Audit storage units
-
Conduct toolbox talks to our subcontract fitting teams

Perform any other duties as reasonably requested
Essential Skills & Experience
-
Good knowledge and understanding of all “New Build” construction sites

Good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety guidelines for Construction sites
-
B2B sales
-
Account Management within the Construction sector
-
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Skills & Experience

Excellent knowledge of Kitchen appliances
