Main Purpose


The role of the Marketing Executive will be to create and execute engaging social marketing campaigns as part of our overall strategy across all business channels, as well as supporting a busy multichannel marketing team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop on brand, targeted and engaging social media posts including images, videos and captions tailored to each platform.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
  • Manage campaigns end to end from creating content briefs, editing and proofing, to planning and scheduling campaigns, all with the aim of raising awareness and driving sales
  • Encourage and manage user-generated content (UGC) to foster community engagement and brand authenticity.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to assess the success of each campaign using tools like Meta
  • Working with relevant marketing agencies for creative content support, and the PR agency to ensure an integrated and consistent approach to content
  • Supporting the marketing team with product and marketing content for printed publications and websites
  • Collaborate on product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives
  • Measuring and presenting results to management

 

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Be degree educated ideally in a relevant subject (business/marketing, English, journalism)
  • Ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Experience of Canva and Adobe In design beneficial
  • Have a good knowledge of social media channels (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Pinterest) and relevant monitoring tools
  • Creative writing skills such as blog writing or newsletter copy
  • Have excellent writing/proofing skills and creative flair
  • Be passionate and dynamic in approach
  • Demonstrate personal drive
