Main Purpose
The role is within the Contracts Division based in Worcester.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting orders and call offs received
- Collate and input all forecast information
- Liaising with site managers, Quantity Surveyors and Buyers to obtain the correct information.
- Liaising with Customer Service and Installations departments to give the best possible service.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably expected.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Strong excel and system skills
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good and accurate keyboard skills
